Feel Your Heartbeat, Follow It Now
I missed last Friday, and to be fair it was a busy day and night celebrating some exciting things; one being a really good friends birthday. Shout out to you my dear! Happy Birthday...again! So with this said we're looking at a double posting this week!
Well it's the middle of the week. Almost to the weekend but not quite there yet; Wednesday. I started today with some music. And by that I mean literally got up and blasted music. There is nothing quite like starting the day with a good upbeat collection of songs by an amazing artist. Just make sure you have the house to yourself first!
Hedley has always been an inspiration to me and today they were no exception. I started the day by blasting their latest album Wild Life. This album, like their previous ones, has a perfect blend of upbeat and slow songs all with positive encouraging and inspiring lyrics to guide that positive attitude we all hope to keep close to us. One song in particular caught my attention. "Got Love" is incredible and these lyrics right here are heartwarming:

Start by putting one foot in front of the other
Look out for your sister, stand up for your brother.
What you give is all you get, if you've got love, give it up.
It's all about following your heart and being passionate. Don't make excuses, find a way to make something work. If you want it bad enough you will make it happen. You really only live once and you don't want to miss out on anything. Stand up for those you love, the things you believe in, your dreams, your passions and of course yourself in general. Keep your head up, and look ahead to the future. Plan but don't fall apart if the plan doesn't work. But most importantly follow your heart, and love with all that you can. Remember to take your head with you though and just take it one day at a time, or one step at a time if you need to. "What you give is all you get". Work hard, play hard.
Music is incredible and so is the world outside. Find the music in every day life and live proudly, passionately and promisingly.
